I received a half empty bottle

We have made multiple attempts to reach out to you without receiving a response. Nevertheless, we have taken the initiative to resend a new bottle and promptly issued a refund for the conditioner.

I ordered shampoo, conditioner, hair, and pear oil

The site says 2 day shipment, mine was 2 weeks. UPS didn’t receive item for several days even after a shipping label was created. Therefore imagine my disappointment when I finally received my package and the Braiding Conditioner bottle was half empty, yes half empty. I immediately sent an email and video and didn’t as much as received a receipt of my email with a reassurance that they would send me another bottle or refund me part of the purchase price. This no way to build a brand right out of the gate.
