Braiding Hair
We currently do not offer refunds and exchanges on our synthetic braiding hair for the safety and sensitivity of the products. Our braiding hair is custom treated upon shipping out and we do not want to resell hair extensions that need to undergo the treatment process again. We understand that sometimes you don't need your hair anymore or just don't love it! Although we want you to love and use it, we get it! Please note, we wrap our braiding hair extensions in wrapping paper opposed to plastic to be conservative and eco-friendly.
We do not guarantee our hair extensions to be itch-free, as we all have different skin sensitivities. We offer extensions that are free of toxic chemicals. All of our synthetic hair extensions are treated with our lab-formulated Braiding Hair Treatment. Our products might be a solution for you as it has for many, but we cannot guarantee that it will be the solution for everyone.
Wigs and human hair bundles
If you receive your human hair extensions and are not happy with how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed, or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 30 days after purchase (30 days = date package left our facility to date return is received). Orders returned after 30 days will be sent back to the customer.
Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you.
Not the style you were looking for and wanted to exchange to something else? No problem! Just send it back to us!
We do not refund shipping charges, and there is a $12 restock fee.
The returned items must follow our return policy guidelines. All returns have to be refunded. We currently do not exchange orders.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our customer representatives are available Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm and on Saturdays from 10am-4pm! Feel free to come in to speak with us and take a look at our gorgeous hair at your earliest convenience!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
