SHIP METHODS

We offer USPS and UPS for our shipping methods. The price will be automatically calculated for you at checkout and will differ upon location.

We currently ship out Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders must be placed prior to the next shipment date before 5pm to be shipped out on those dates, as each bundle of hair is treated prior to shipment. We are limited on hands, as we are a SMALL BUSINESS with limited resources, so we recommend waiting to schedule your hair appointment upon reception of your hair, as we do not claim responsibility for your hair not arriving prior to your hair appointment date. If you need your hair asap, then we recommend purchasing our Braiding Hair Treatment to clean your desired braiding hair, as our treatment is shipped out faster because it's pre-made.

You may cancel your order up until your order has been shipped for a full refund. All orders shipped are ineligible for cancellation and a refund.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your account on uncloudedhair.com

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an item is shipped. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. If you need to change your address prior to shipment, please email us at [email protected] .

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact Customer Service, and we will start a claim with the shipping company for investigation. Once the claim has started, we can refund you or resend your order in the way in which it was originally ordered. No modifications to the order can be made under these circumstances.

RETURN SHIPPING

Buyers will be responsible for any items returned, including the integrity of the item, and return shipping costs. We understand that sometimes you don't need your hair anymore or just don't love it! Although we want you to love and use it, we get it! Please note, we wrap our braiding hair extensions in wrapping paper opposed to plastic to be conservative and eco-friendly. This packaging can be taken off to inspect the hair. We do not expect this packing to be intact in any shape or form, so please don't worry about that impacting the eligibility of your return. In order for our synthetic braiding hair extensions to be eligible for a return, the hair must have the twist tie and hair wrap intact. If the hair has been used, modified, or damaged in any way, your return will be denied.

Please email us at [email protected] with pictures of your items to start the return process. We will send you a return label to your email and confirmation of your return. Upon reception, the items will be inspected and you will receive a full refund minus shipping to you and back to us, and a $12 restocking fee.
